This beloved community event, which originated in 1973 under the auspices of the AAUW Grants Pass Branch, has been a cherished tradition for over five decades. The Frog O' Faire Kid's Festival is more than just a gathering; it's a cornerstone of our community's identity. It's a day where families come together, laughter fills the air, and imaginations run wild. Thousands of children and their loved ones eagerly anticipate this event each year, knowing it will be a day of fun, discovery, and connection.

An amazing lavender experience awaits you. Nestled among the vineyards and tranquil fields of Southern Oregon are six unique family-run lavender destinations. Most farms offer u-pick lavender, exquisite lavender products and crafts, classes, essential oil distillation, and lavender plants. Visit all venues to enjoy the tranquility, beauty, and smell of lavender!

Oregon’s Premier Chalk and Music Festival
Held the first weekend of October on H Street. This creative event features local and regional street painters, music from regional bands.
2024 Fort Vannoy Farms Harvest Festival
Fort Vannoy Farms is located in Grants Pass (5791 Lower River Road, Grants Pass OR). This one is a large and extremely popular farm to visit. They have a 23 acre pumpkin patch and an 8 acre corn maze! Other farm activities include a Cow Train Ride, The Pumpkin Chunker Cannon, Mini Pumpkin Blaster, Face Painting, Hay Pyramid, Hayrides, photo ops, and more. Shop their farm store for kettle corn and pumpkin bread. Open daily beginning October 1, 2024.

$2 Kids Movies at Crater Lake Cinema & Southgate Cinema
Beginning June 22, 2024. through August 14, 2024 on Saturdays & Wednesdays at 10 AM The Family Summer Series begins at Coming Attraction Theatres (Crater Lake Cinema in White City OR and Southgate Cinemas in Grants Pass OR). Their summer movie schedule includes Angry Birds, Trolls, Spiderman, and lots of other classics.
